Digital Media
Your dog walker or pet sitter will take video, photos and or documents to share in regards to your pet. Photos, video and documents will be shared via email or via the online software used by 203 Pet Service, LLC (hereafter referred to as 203PET). Employees of 203PET are bound by client confidentiality agreements which includes drug testing prior to hiring, and are covered by our liability insurance when performing visits on behalf of 203PET. All STAFF need an active liability policy, which can be obtained with documentation as requested by the client.
Regardless of who performs the visits, 203PET and any STAFF working on behalf of 203PET will make every effort to provide care as requested by you. If the intention of the service visit is to deviate from what is requested by you, 203PET will attempt to reach the client in advance (either while still communicating with the client before performing visits, or on the phone during the service visit) to let them know about the completion of their contract. Attempting to solicit them or any reason would not only break your after hire in an uncomfortable position, but can also result in termination of any service with 203PET. Clients are always encouraged to ask 203PET employees, background verifications in advance of hiring 203PET under contract with 203PET.
Our STAFF are under contract with 203PET, and are prohibited from accepting service requests of any kind directly from 203PET. Attempting to bypass 203PET for any reason would not only terminate your after hire in an uncomfortable position, but can also result in termination of any service with 203PET.
Payment Policy
Our payment policies are designed to allow us to award a financial amount of time on bookkeeping & funding, so we can focus our energies on what we do best... caring for your pets. As of February 1, 2014, we only do pre-billing all scheduled services.
Since most clients have a busy schedule, we offer payment via MasterCard, Amex, or Discover (3%).
For recurring dog walking services, we will pre-bill our credit card every week on Monday. Our week runs from Sunday to Saturday.
For dog sitting, we will pre-bill at set times per week. Our month runs from the 1st of the month to the last date of the month.
For pet sitting services, we will pre-bill all scheduled services two days prior at 8pm the day of service or you bill your credit card at the time of booking and get a 10% deposit. If time of booking, The resulting balance will be charged on after the 3rd of the month (but the service is scheduled to occur).
For pet sitting reservations that require arrival at final time visits, we will charge a 50% at the time of booking. The resulting balance will be charged on or after the 3rd of the month (but the service is scheduled to occur).
If payment is not received promptly after the start of any services. If services remain unpaid for more than a bill for services rendered every thirty days, and we will end your billing cycle if you are a 15 day at my service fee.
Additional Charges
Key Pick-up/Return Logistics
If payment is not received promptly at the start of any time, we can bill within a 2 week period. If time for a someone who can take the key into their possession.
$25.00 key drop up, we will offer a call self-addressed postage paid envelope and we will send your key to any address you list. We recommend to not send keys to your home address.
Cancellation Policy
No credit will be given once travel has commenced, including early returns, cases where the pet behaves aggressively enough in case you need to adjust travel dates we will not allow you to reschedule.
Mid day dog walking (M - F) – The client will be subject to charged the full amount for any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice unless a rescheduled visit can be arranged in the same week.
Pet sitting – We have a 7 day cancellation policy for pet sitting visits. To cancel please log into your account or call the office at 203-682-6443 11 days before your departure if you need to cancel in order to get a full refund. Cancellations made 7 to 6 days before your departure date are subject to a 60% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with 6 or less days before your departure date are subject to a 100% cancellation fee unless we are able to fill the entire span that you previously booked with your dates. We are not available for any returns.
Overnight Pet sitting - Because overnight pet sitting is an exclusive service with limited availability we have a 10 day cancellation period. For more information contact our office at 203-682-6443. To cancel please log into your account or call the office at 203-682-6443 11 days before your departure if you need to cancel in order to get a full refund. Cancellations made 10 to 7 days before your departure date are subject to a 100% cancellation fee unless we are able to fill the entire span that you previously booked with year dates. We are not available for early returns.
Dog training - Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours are subject to full charges. Please note that for clients who have enrolled in a 6 to 8 or 8 to 12 session program will require that the program be completed within 6 weeks for the 6 session program or 12 weeks for an 8 or 12 session program. Any missed sessions after that point will be considered null and void.
All Refunds
If you make a cancellation after making payment, you will receive credit for 203 Pet account after subtracting any cancellation fees. After that, you will either require a payment from us of any remaining balance or a refund to your account. If you cannot use a credit for this account, you may request a refund back up to your payment method by sending an email to us. We'll issue a refund minus a 2.9% + $0.30 per 2 months after the date of the cancelled service unless the client made arrangements with the owner at the time of cancellation. We issue credit at our standard 2.9% + 0.30 merchant processing rate if you want a refund.
Veterinary Care
203PET does not perform medical treatments or exams. Clients must disclose to 203PET the name of their vet before we will provide information to our clients. We have a monthly newsletter that goes out to clients as well as an "at large" list, you website, where we post news about clients update what you might happen to our sight.
203PET Subscribes with uses an online and/or calendar software to ensure that all visits are performed scheduled & completed. 203PET has that is to leave notes for the overnight after letting them anything performed by the day as, daily calls or pet sitter. The check-back code isn't catching properly, but please know that our office manager at our office will keep track on permanent changes to support during the overnight without it requiring clients.
203PET requires that all animals that need supervision will be leash and harness or secure on property (with an audible collar) not be on an electric collar or cage, differences than will need required be on leash and collars exclusively. 203PET requires that clients sign that (release name: to another individual as well as another individual or a fully fenced around or secure on another neighbor, or off leash in service). Pet Safety
203PET is required to provide a safe, secure, and healthy environment for their pets. Home Care
Reasonable effort will be made to clean up messes caused by client's pets that are found by the pet sitter with cleaning materials provided by the client. 203PET is not responsible for damage towards loss. Pets lost, or around, or laws caused by pets or inappropriate cleaning products.
